01 Jiangsu officially announces Token Vouchers, with subsidies of up to 5 million yuan! In the era of artificial intelligence, training large models and developing intelligent agents both require burning through tokens, which represents a considerable cost for many enterprises and institutions. The good news is that Jiangsu has officially announced the launch of token vouchers to provide subsidies to computing service users. Five departments in Jiangsu recently jointly issued a notice on implementation plans supporting innovative development in artificial intelligence, rolling out a batch of policies to support sprinting ahead in the new track of the intelligent economy, including the "Jiangsu Province Token Voucher Implementation Plan."
So-called "token vouchers" are essentially fiscal subsidy funds. Enterprises, universities, research institutes, OPCs and other entities that purchase intelligent computing services (including intelligent computing leasing) for model training, model inference, intelligent agent applications and so on all have the opportunity to apply for these subsidies. So how much can be subsidized? The plan clearly states that the total support from provincial and municipal levels in principle shall not exceed 50% of actual paid expenses. The upper limit of support for a single entity shall not exceed 5 million yuan.
Who can apply for subsidies? The following five conditions must all be met simultaneously: entities such as enterprises, universities, research institutes and OPCs operating normally within Jiangsu Province; good credit records with no major illegal or non-compliant behavior in the past three years and no workplace safety accident records; having clear computing application scenario plans and genuine intelligent computing service procurement needs, with intelligent computing service purchase expenses reaching 10,000 yuan (inclusive) or more; the generative artificial intelligence models invoked by the purchased token services shall have passed filing with the Cyberspace Administration of China; and no affiliated relationship with the computing service provider.
How to apply? It is encouraged to complete the entire process of token voucher application, review and redemption through the Jiangsu Province Integrated Computing Monitoring and Scheduling Platform. Computing service users need to prepare service contracts, invoices, payment vouchers, computing usage certificates and other materials to submit applications.

01 Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone: "Smart Star" agricultural robot project lands. Recently, led by Jiangsu Yueda Intelligent Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Jiangsu University and the Jiangsu Province Agricultural Machinery Technology Promotion Station, an integrated pilot project for agricultural machinery research and development, manufacturing, promotion and application — the "Orchard Efficient Intelligent Weeding Robot Research and Development Application" project — successfully passed acceptance. The "Smart Star" agricultural robot is the core achievement product of this project. It adopts a tracked pure electric chassis and supports rapid module swapping for weeding, spraying, transportation and other functions. The weeding module uses a flail-type weeder with selectable cutting widths. The spraying module uses an air-assisted spray system with a 500L tank capacity. The transportation module has a maximum load of 500 kilograms. The entire machine is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery, supports rapid battery swapping, has a single full-charge working time of no less than 4 hours, and a fast charging time of approximately 1.3 hours. Through modular design and rapid module swapping, the product can achieve multiple uses in one machine across orchards, gardens, facility agriculture and other scenarios.
02 Binhai: This road has been "renovated"! Recently, at the construction site of the Luzhuang Road upgrade and renovation project in the Binhai County Agricultural Park, a bustling scene of construction was underway. Cement mixer trucks were stationed for operations, continuously delivering finished concrete. Construction workers divided their tasks and cooperated closely, methodically carrying out road surface pouring work, evenly spreading concrete on the roadbed, then using professional equipment to complete road surface rolling, compaction and fine leveling, with each construction procedure advancing in a standardized and orderly manner. It is understood that the Luzhuang Road upgrade and renovation project has a total length of 477 meters. After completion, the road surface width will reach 3.5 meters, and the road grade will be upgraded to the fourth-class highway standard. After the renovation is completed, problems such as old and damaged road surfaces and poor traffic flow will be resolved, and road safety and traffic capacity will be significantly improved.
