CICC (HKEX: 03908) has issued a notice regarding the adjustment of the coupon rate for its 2023 public offering of corporate bonds (Series III) (Tranche 1) to professional institutional investors.

The bond, identified as 23 CICC G5, will see its coupon rate revised from 2.69% to 1.30%.

This adjusted rate will take effect from the interest accrual date of July 24, 2026.
