Hong Kong-listed C-MER Medical Holdings Limited repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 8 October 2026 under its existing share-repurchase mandate approved on 20 May 2026. The transaction was executed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging between HKD 0.76 and HKD 0.775 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.08 million.
Following the buyback, C-MER Medical’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0083 % to 1.20711 billion shares. Treasury shares increased from 25.13 million to 25.23 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 1.23234 billion.
The latest repurchase represents 0.0081 % of the 1.23 billion shares that shareholders authorised the company to repurchase (up to 123.23 million shares) at the May 2026 annual general meeting. All 100,000 shares bought on 8 October 2026 have been retained as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring shares until 7 November 2026.
