Lai Fung Holdings Limited has announced the formal publication of its interim report covering the six months ended 31 January 2026.
The company confirmed that both English and Chinese versions of the document are now accessible on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) website (www.hkexnews.hk) as well as on Lai Fung’s corporate website (www.laifung.com). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies should already have the report in their chosen language enclosed with this notice.
Shareholders seeking a different language version or wishing to switch between electronic and printed formats can do so by completing the enclosed Request Form. The form can be returned free of charge via the supplied Hong Kong freepost label to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, or submitted by email to 1125-ecom@vistra.com.
Going forward, investors may: 1. Access all corporate communications solely through the company’s website with email or postal notification; 2. Receive printed English versions only; 3. Receive printed Chinese versions only; or 4. Receive both English and Chinese printed copies.
Changes to these preferences require at least seven days’ written notice to the branch share registrar. Shareholders encountering difficulties with electronic access may request hard copies at no cost.
Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services’ hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
The notice is issued on behalf of Lai Fung Holdings Limited by Chairman Lam Kin Ngok, Peter.
