WELIFE TECH (01703) announced that Kwok Wai CPA Limited (Kwok Wai) has resigned as the Company's auditor, effective from February 2, 2026. This decision was based on, among other factors, the recent business developments of the Group leading to an increased audit workload, and the failure of the Company and Kwok Wai to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the Group's consolidated financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2026. Furthermore, Kwok Wai was aware of the Company's intention to propose the appointment of another auditor for the relevant audit work at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for March 2026. After prudent consideration, Kwok Wai decided to resign as the Company's auditor. The Board of Directors hereby announces that, upon the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, the Board has resolved to appoint Gaoling CPA Limited as the Company's new auditor following Kwok Wai's resignation. The appointment is set to take effect upon the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and will remain in place until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming meeting.
