Junwea Group (China) Company Limited has completed a placing of 74.88 million new ordinary shares, according to a Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 29 June 2026.

The new shares were issued on 26 June 2026 under a placing agreement dated 15 June 2026 at HKD 0.441 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately HKD 33.02 million.

Following the placement, Junwea Group’s issued share capital increased from 512.72 million shares to 587.60 million shares, representing a 14.6% expansion. No treasury shares were involved, and the company reported zero shares held in treasury both before and after the transaction.

The filing confirms that the share issue was duly authorised by the board and carried out in compliance with all relevant Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
