The Xingfu Community organized a special event titled "Three Officials and One Lawyer at Home, Legal Services with Zero Distance," setting up legal consultation booths and hanging awareness banners in high-traffic residential areas. Staff members distributed legal information materials throughout buildings, leisure squares, and street-facing shops. Legal professionals avoided rigid lecturing, instead using real cases to explain the law, focusing on hot-button civil issues under the Civil Code, such as neighborhood disputes, property rights, marriage and family matters, inheritance, and private lending. They also shared prevention tips on telecom fraud, pension scams, illegal fundraising, and protection of minors' rights. In response to prominent complaints from residents of the Zhaoyang Yunzhu residential complex regarding mismatched property fees and service quality, missing greenery, and inadequate security surveillance, the Weitong Community's property office, together with the district's property management center, judges, prosecutors, liaison police officers, developers, and property companies, convened a multi-party coordination meeting. Discussions covered fee standards, greenery replanting, security facility upgrades, and remediation deadlines, urging enterprises to address residents' reasonable demands and facilitating on-the-spot resolution of property-related conflicts through collaborative action.
Meanwhile, the West Nanjing Road Community likewise invited the "Three Officials and One Lawyer" team for legal outreach services. The team presented information on peace construction, the Civil Code, ongoing anti-organized crime campaigns, prevention of telecom and pension fraud, and legal rights related to inheritance. They answered residents' legal inquiries face-to-face. Community cadres, along with judges and prosecutors, also toured local alleys, handing out legal pamphlets and explaining provisions in plain language to guide residents in lawfully upholding their rights.
