Non-registered shareholders—those holding shares through CCASS participants—may:

• Request complimentary printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications at any time by writing to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8006-ecom@vistra.com.

• Elect to receive future communications electronically by providing a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited.

If shareholders encounter difficulties accessing documents online, the company will provide printed copies free of charge upon request.
