With over 20 years of extensive experience in the financial sector, his background includes roles at international and Chinese financial institutions, such as BOCI Securities Limited, Far East Horizon Capital Limited, CMB International, CITIC Capital, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, and Citigroup (Hong Kong).

His academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Economics, a Bachelor of Laws in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (double major) from Peking University, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder. The announcement also highlights the Board’s welcome of Mr. SONG’s appointment to this position.
