CHK OIL (00632) announced that on November 24, 2025, Liaoning Gangyou Technology Co., Ltd. (Gangyou, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company registered in China) entered into a market development service agreement with Zhejiang Dumei Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (Dumei). Additionally, Palm Energy (Hainan) Co., Ltd. (Palm Energy, another indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company registered in China) signed a technical service and development agreement with Dumei.

Under the market development service agreement and the technical service and development agreement, Gangyou will provide market development services to Dumei, while Palm Energy will offer technical services and development support to facilitate the sales of intelligent oil and gas extraction equipment in domestic and overseas oilfields.

Leveraging its expertise in extraction and production, the Group has identified the provision of market development services and technical support for intelligent oil and gas equipment manufacturers as a key area with strong growth potential and synergies with its existing operations. These agreements were signed in the ordinary course of the Group's business.

By formalizing these agreements, the Group has established market development services and technical support as one of its core business segments, thereby expanding its financial revenue base.
