ZHONGHUA GAS (08246) announced that the conditions set forth in the subscription agreement have been met, and the completion took place on October 17, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 334 million subscription shares were issued, representing approximately 7.26% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company post-issuance. The shares were successfully allocated and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 0.075 per share. The total amount raised from the subscription and the net proceeds amounted to HKD 25.05 million and approximately HKD 24.75 million, respectively.
