Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings on August 7 revealed that Global Industry Company reduced its holdings in HANS CNC (03200) by 270,000 shares.

The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$109.4849 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$29.5609 million.

Following the reduction, Global Industry Company's total shareholding in HANS CNC now stands at 6.8124 million shares, representing an 11.74% stake in the company.
