AF Global Limited announced that the High Court of Singapore has scheduled a hearing for 2.30 p.m. on Dec, 10 2025 to consider the company’s application (HC/OA 1291/2025) for leave to convene a shareholders’ Scheme Meeting.

The Scheme Meeting is required for shareholders to vote on the proposed acquisition of all issued ordinary shares in AF Global Limited by AFG Investment Pte. Ltd., excluding shares directly held by Aspial Corporation Limited and Mr Koh Wee Meng.

Under the planned scheme of arrangement, approval must be obtained from a majority in number of shareholders representing at least three-fourths in value of shares present and voting, either in person or by proxy.

AF Global Limited is required to file its written submissions with the Court by 4.00 p.m. on Dec, 1 2025. The company stated that further details and an expected timeline will be provided in a forthcoming Scheme Document to be distributed to shareholders.
