Looking back to August 2024, an investor asked Beijing Originwater Technology Co., Ltd. on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's interactive platform: "What is the relationship between Beijing Originwater Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Originwater Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.? Does the latter involve illegal use of this listed company's trademark?" The ChiNext company Beijing Originwater Technology Co., Ltd. responded: "Currently there is no equity relationship, and it does not involve the relevant circumstances you mentioned."
According to Tianyancha data, the relationship between Originwater Technology and Originwater Intelligent is: Liang Hui, who serves as the legal representative, chairman, and general manager of Originwater Intelligent and is also the major shareholder holding 42.5%, has invested in the ChiNext listed company Originwater Technology, holding a 0.7% stake.
According to the semi-annual report of the ChiNext listed company Originwater Technology, Liang Hui does indeed hold 0.7% equity in the company, ranking as the 9th largest shareholder.
