BRAINHOLE TECH (02203) announced that due to the company's inability to reach consensus with its auditor ShineWing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (ShineWing) regarding audit fees for the year ending December 31, 2025, ShineWing has resigned as the company's auditor, effective September 5, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the company has resolved to appoint Pak Chun CPA Limited (Pak Chun) as the new auditor, effective September 5, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by ShineWing's resignation. Pak Chun's term will continue until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
