On February 17 in Shiquanhe, Shangzuozuo Village, Zuozuo Township, Gar County, Ali Prefecture, held its 2025 collective economic dividend distribution ceremony ahead of the Spring Festival and Tibetan New Year. A total of 5.23 million yuan was distributed to 198 villagers in an orderly and joyful atmosphere. The 2025 dividends included 3.4854 million yuan in cash, winter meat equivalent to 1.51 million yuan, and 220,000 yuan in grassland subsidies, averaging 26,300 yuan per person. Additionally, 14,600 yuan was allocated as consolation funds for special groups such as persons with disabilities, effectively boosting household incomes. In recent years, Shangzuozuo Village has leveraged local resources to develop a distinctive and diversified industrial path. It has established a full industrial chain including an animal products processing plant, cold storage facilities, sales outlets, and refrigerated transport vehicles, successfully registering its own brand "Zuozuo Guocang." The village has also achieved mechanized large-scale cultivation of green feed at the Nalai Tangka agricultural site, while its construction company continues to expand operations. These diversified industries collectively inject strong vitality into the village's collective economy. Sangga Shique, manager of the village's pastoral reform cooperative, stated that the dividend distribution will serve as a foundation to consolidate industrial achievements, tap into development potential, and collaborate with villagers to create a prosperous and beautiful future for Shangzuozuo Village.
