PanUnited's stock price surged 3.70% during intraday trading on Monday, following the release of its FY2025 annual report which showed robust financial performance and strategic progress.
The company reported a 24% increase in profit attributable to shareholders, benefiting from continued gains in Singapore's construction upcycle despite higher input costs. PanUnited has also shifted its operating focus toward technology-led execution, utilizing AI and IoT tools to enhance dispatch, batching, and delivery performance.
Additionally, the board announced a higher shareholder payout, targeting a total FY2025 cash dividend of SGD 45 million. The company's low-carbon concrete business remains a core growth driver, while its technology unit AiR Digital has expanded beyond group operations, securing over 20 customers across Asia-Pacific markets.
