Frasers Centrepoint Trust clarified on Apr, 20 2026 that its manager, Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd., is in discussions regarding a possible divestment of the White Sands mall for more than 470 million Singapore dollars.

The trust emphasised that there is no certainty any transaction will materialise from these talks. It added that it will release further updates through SGXNET should any material developments arise.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust advised unitholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its units and to seek professional advice if in doubt.
