Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, equivalent to USD 1.00 million. • Total issued shares stayed at 452.41 million, comprising 449.89 million outstanding shares and 2.52 million treasury shares. • No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred or cancelled during the month.

Public Float Compliance The company confirmed that it continues to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % of issued shares (excluding treasury shares).

Equity Incentive Instruments • Share options outstanding totalled 34.03 million, split between: – 13.53 million options under the Pre-IPO Equity Incentive Plan. – 20.50 million options under the Share Incentive Scheme. • No options were exercised, issued or cancelled in March. • Additional headroom for future grants under the Share Incentive Scheme stood at 1.40 million shares.

Restricted Share Units (RSUs) and Award Shares • 375,000 RSUs under the Pre-IPO plan and 8.25 million Award Shares under the Share Incentive Scheme remained outstanding. • During March, 17,500 RSUs and 117,500 Award Shares vested; no new grants, forfeitures or cancellations were recorded.

Overall, Transcenta’s share capital position was unchanged in March 2026, with ample authorised capacity and confirmed compliance with listing requirements.
