China Development Bank International Investment Limited (CDB Int'l Inv) reported that every agenda item at the 29 June 2026 annual general meeting passed by poll, signalling unanimous shareholder support for the company’s current governance and capital-management plans.

All six ordinary resolutions—including adoption of the 2025 audited results, re-election of two directors, authorisation of directors’ remuneration, re-appointment of BDO Limited as auditor, and a 10 % share-repurchase mandate—received at least 99.84 % of votes cast.

Turnout highlights • Votes cast for each resolution: 1.92 billion shares. • Votes against: 3.00 million shares or 0.16 % (except Resolutions 5 and 6, which recorded no opposition). • Total shares in issue: 2.90 billion, all eligible to vote. • No shareholders were required to abstain, and no special voting restrictions applied.

Meeting details The AGM convened at Two International Finance Centre, Hong Kong, with hybrid attendance. Board chair Li Yixuan and independent director Fang Xuan were present in person; director Cheung Ngai Lam joined electronically, while Sin Yui Man was absent due to business commitments. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as independent scrutineer for vote counting.
