According to disclosures on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Mr. Ho Wai-hon, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of KARRIE INT'L (HKEX: 01050), increased his holdings in the company over two consecutive trading days on June 26 and June 29, acquiring a total of 750,000 shares.

On June 26, he purchased 500,000 shares at an average price of HK$2.0647 per share. This was followed by a purchase of 250,000 shares on June 29 at an average price of HK$2.0000 per share. The total consideration for these transactions amounted to approximately HK$1.532 million.

Following these purchases, Mr. Ho's total shareholding has increased to 6.126 million shares, raising his stake in the company to 0.29%.

This share acquisition comes shortly after the company's financial results announcement. Previously, on June 25, Mr. Ho publicly stated that the company is benefiting from increased demand for AI-related server products. He noted that AI-related projects have begun to be implemented over the past six months and are starting to contribute to performance.

It is anticipated that revenue from AI-related products could account for over 25% of total revenue this year, reflecting orders for ASIC-related servers and from clients such as NVIDIA. He further projected that the proportion of revenue from AI-related business could exceed half within two to three years.

The director's decision to increase his holdings immediately after the closed period for financial results sends a positive signal to the market. This move is based on strong confidence in the company's future prospects and full recognition of its long-term investment value.

Simultaneously, this action further reinforces the director's positive outlook on the company's strategic development and business growth. It helps to enhance investor trust and solidify market recognition of the company's value.
