The meeting will consider a special resolution to change its English name from “China Sci-Tech Industrial Investment Group Limited” to “WebX Holding Group Limited,” subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.

The proposal also involves the adoption of “全球數字控股集團有限公司” as the new Chinese secondary name, replacing the existing Chinese secondary name of “中國科創產業投資集團有限公司.” Under the resolution, any one director is authorized to undertake all necessary filings and related actions to implement the name change upon approval.
