ESPRIT HOLDINGS: Capital Reorganization to Take Effect on August 25

ESPRIT HOLDINGS (00330) announced that the Listing Committee has approved the listing of and dealing in the new shares. As all conditions of the capital reorganization have been fulfilled, the capital reorganization will become effective on Monday, August 25, 2025. The new shares will commence trading at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025.

Due to the effectiveness of the capital reorganization, the change in board lot size will take effect on Monday, September 8, 2025. The board lot size for the shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 2,500 existing shares to 10,000 new shares.
