Focusing on Q3 2025 U.S. Stock Earnings Reports The world's largest contract chipmaker, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM), released its financial report on Friday. Driven by a surge in demand for artificial intelligence applications, the company's product order volume increased substantially, with Q4 2025 revenue surging 20.45% year-over-year, exceeding market expectations.

TSM's clientele includes industry giants such as NVIDIA and Apple. As a primary beneficiary of AI technology development, its revenue growth has not only offset the gradual decline in demand for consumer electronics chips, like those for tablets, post-pandemic but has also achieved significant growth against the trend.

According to TSM's published monthly revenue data and Reuters' calculations, the company's revenue for October-December 2025 reached 1.046 trillion New Taiwan dollars (approximately $33.11 billion), compared to 868.46 billion New Taiwan dollars in the same period last year.

This performance surpassed the Refinitiv (LSEG) SmartEstimate consensus of 1.036 trillion New Taiwan dollars (approximately $32.79 billion), derived from 20 analysts, and also fell within the revenue guidance range of $32.2 billion to $33.4 billion provided during TSM's October earnings call. TSM's guidance is uniformly provided in U.S. dollars.

TSM is scheduled to release its complete Q4 financial report on January 15, at which time it is expected to provide updated guidance for the current quarter and the full year, including capital expenditure plans and revenue growth outlook.

TSM's stock, listed on the Taipei Exchange, recorded a cumulative annual gain of 44.2% for 2025, significantly outperforming the benchmark index's increase of 25.7%.

Furthermore, Foxconn, the world's largest electronics manufacturer and also the primary server supplier for NVIDIA, announced strong sales performance this past Monday, with its Q4 revenue reaching 2.6028 trillion New Taiwan dollars (approximately $82.20 billion).
