ZHIDA TECH-NEW (ASX: 02650) has announced the completion of its share placement. The placement was finalized on June 30, 2026, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placing agent successfully placed a total of 19,125,700 new shares to no fewer than six placees. The placement price was set at HK$10.98 per share.

The net proceeds from the placement are approximately HK$206 million.
