C-MER Medical Repurchases 90,000 Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 25.13 Million Units

C-MER Medical Holdings Limited disclosed a minor on-market share buyback executed on 6 October 2026. The company repurchased 90,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 0.795 and HKD 0.800, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.7983 per share. The total cash outlay amounted to HKD 0.07 million.

Post-transaction, C-MER Medical’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0075% to 1,207.21 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 25.13 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,232.34 million shares.

The purchase was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 123.23 million shares. Including the latest transaction, only 90,000 shares—equivalent to 0.0073% of the issued share base on the mandate date—have been utilised, leaving substantial capacity for further repurchases.

Pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rules, C-MER Medical is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 5 November 2026. The company confirmed all repurchase activities complied with relevant Main Board requirements and its previously filed Explanatory Statement.
