This certificate confirms that the company's English name has been changed from "HSC Resources Group Limited" to "Beautiful Life Group Holdings Limited" and its dual foreign language name has been changed from "Hong Shengchang Resources Group Limited" to "Mei Hao Sheng Huo Ji Tuan Kong Gu You Xian Gong Si" (Beautiful Life Group Holdings Limited).
