Smoore International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 06969) reported that its authorised share capital remained at 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares, amounting to US$100,000,000, with no change from the preceding month. The total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased by 303,450, from 6,194,253,421 to 6,194,556,871.

The company confirmed that it continued to fulfill the relevant public float requirement as stipulated by the listing rules. Under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, 724,018 share options lapsed during the month, while 303,450 new shares were issued upon exercise of options, resulting in total funds raised of HKD 2,605,650.32. The number of share options outstanding under the scheme at the close of the month stood at 241,084,663.
