Shares of CHINASOFT INT'L (00354) rose more than 4% in morning trading. At the time of writing, the stock was up 4.68% to HK$4.92, with a turnover of HK$197 million.

On June 3, the company announced that following the official launch of its enterprise intelligent operating system product, allmeta, in March 2026, and to further implement its full-stack, full-scenario AI strategy and enhance its computing power business layout, the Board of Directors has decided that the Group will formally enter the computing power business. This move is a specific extension of the company's positioning of allmeta as an "enterprise semantic infrastructure and token value hub" into computing power supply and services. The company aims to target high-value professional Token operations, seize the historical opportunity presented by computing power as a core production factor in the AI era, and build a strategic deployment for a sustainable second growth curve.

The Board believes the computing power business will deeply synergize with the Group's existing operations: at the industry level, it will continue the implementation practices of allmeta in sectors like energy and power, promoting the integrated development of "computing and power convergence" and expanding application scenarios for computing power. At the product level, using allmeta as the enterprise semantic infrastructure and token value hub, it will connect computing power supply, model services, and industry implementation to form an integrated capability loop of "computing power - ontology - intelligent agents".
