Joyzyme Non-Executive Director Dr. Xu Ming to Step Down on 30 March 2026

Joyzyme Group Limited announced that Non-Executive Director Dr. Xu Ming will resign effective 30 March 2026 to devote more time to personal business commitments.

The company confirmed that Dr. Xu has no disagreements with the Board and that no matters require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention in connection with his departure.

Following the resignation, Joyzyme’s Board will comprise eight members: four Executive Directors (Zhang Yujing, Dr. Zhou Xunyong, Zhang Chunguang and Poon Lai Yin Michael), one remaining Non-Executive Director (Dr. Bu Su) and three Independent Non-Executive Directors (Dr. Chow Kwok Fai Joseph, Wang Yachun and Tsui Wing Tak).

The Board expressed sincere gratitude for Dr. Xu’s contributions during his tenure.
