Advanced Info Service’s Singapore Depository Receipts, marketed as “ADVANCED INFO SER TH SDR 10TO1,” announced the final terms of its upcoming cash dividend.

The programme will distribute a net dividend of THB 2.44223 per SDR, which will be converted to SGD 0.09787 using an exchange rate of 24.95447 Thai baht per Singapore dollar. The payout is based on the ratio of 1 underlying share to 10 SDRs.

Key dates include an ex-date of Feb, 27 2026 and a record date of Mar, 02 2026. The payment date is set for May, 01 2026 for holders of the underlying Non-Voting Depository Receipts (NVDRs) and May, 06 2026 for SDR holders. The register will be closed from Feb, 25 2026 to Mar, 04 2026.

The gross dividend is THB 2.74100 per SDR. After a 10% withholding tax of THB 0.27410 and a 1% corporate action fee of THB 0.02467, the net dividend amounts to THB 2.44223, which the depository will remit in Singapore dollars at the stated conversion rate.
