Under the leadership of Michael Saylor, Strategy (MSTR.US) completed another round of Bitcoin accumulation, purchasing 1,665 Bitcoin, bringing its total holdings officially above 847,666 coins.

The details of the transaction were disclosed in an 8-K filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 28.

According to data compiled by Woofun AI, this batch of Bitcoin was acquired between Monday and Sunday at an average price of $85,681, with a total expenditure of $142.7 million.

Including all previous expenditures, Strategy (MSTR.US) has invested a cumulative total of $63.95 billion, bringing its overall average holding cost down to $75,437.

The funding structure for this purchase showed diversified characteristics.

Strategy (MSTR.US) generated $246.2 million in net proceeds from the sale of 1.47 million MSTR shares, of which $142.7 million was directly used to purchase Bitcoin, while the remaining $103.5 million was used to repurchase STRC preferred stock.

Additionally, the company repurchased 1.53 million STRC shares for $151.7 million and utilized $48.1 million in cash reserves.

Notably, after a two-week pause, Strategy (MSTR.US) also purchased an additional 950 Bitcoin last week for $75.7 million.

The balance sheet underwent significant changes as a result.

Affected by the $48.1 million cash outflow, Strategy (MSTR.US)'s U.S. dollar cash balance decreased from $1.05 billion to $1 billion.

Meanwhile, the separate U.S. dollar reserve used to pay preferred stock dividends and debt interest shrank from $5.04 billion to $5.02 billion after paying $22.1 million in dividends.

This model of continuously supporting asset expansion through equity financing is becoming a core variable in its financial structure.
