United Company RUSAL announced that it has completed the payment of interest on its BO-001P-09 series exchange-traded bonds for the 24th coupon period, covering 23 May 2026 to 22 June 2026.

The company transferred a total of RUB411.90 million, equivalent to RUB13.73 per bond, to holders of the 30.00 million outstanding securities. Payment was executed in non-cash Russian rubles on 22 June 2026, meeting 100 percent of the obligation.

Coupon accrual is linked to the Bank of Russia key rate as of seven days before the calculation date, augmented by an S-spread of 2.20 percent per annum.

All obligations under the BO-001P-09 bonds (ISIN: RU000A108VW7) have therefore been fully discharged for the period.
