Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. (MCC) announced a change in its authorized representative for accepting legal service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). Effective 29 April 2026, Wang Qi has stepped down from the role, and Yang Yonglin has been appointed as the new Process Agent.

Yang Yonglin will handle all service of process and notices on behalf of MCC at the following address: Room 3202, 32/F, Office Tower, Convention Plaza, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

The board currently comprises two executive directors (Chen Jianguang and Bai Xiaohu), two non-executive directors (Lang Jia and employee representative Yan Aizhong), and three independent non-executive directors (Liu Li, Ng Kar Ling Johnny, and Zhou Guoping).

The notice was issued in Beijing on 29 April 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Chang Qi. Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited assume no responsibility for the contents of the announcement.
