The board of Weiye Holdings Limited announced an adjustment to the location of its postponed Annual General Meeting. The meeting, previously scheduled for 30 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m., will now be held at Unit A, 33/F, Noble Center, 1006 Fuzhong Third Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, China.

Proxy arrangements remain unchanged: shareholders who have already lodged proxy forms with the Hong Kong Share Registrar do not need to resubmit. Should a shareholder choose to submit a new proxy, the most recently filed form will supersede any earlier versions.

Apart from the change in venue—and the earlier postponement disclosed on 27 May 2026—no other details in the circular dated 30 April 2026 or the accompanying notice of meeting have been amended.
