On October 30, China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC) announced the resolution of its 18th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors. The board reviewed and approved the proposal to nominate Mr. Zhou Lei as a non-executive director candidate for the 10th Board of Directors. Zhou Lei's term will last until the current board's tenure expires, and he will be eligible for re-election upon approval at the company's shareholders' meeting. His appointment is subject to regulatory approval.

Upon Zhou Lei's appointment, Wang Tayu will step down from his role as non-executive director and related board committee positions.
