Non-registered shareholders may provide an email address to Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications instead of printed notices. If no valid email address is supplied, printed notification letters will continue to be mailed to the address on record.

Shareholders can request hard copies of any corporate communication at any time by writing to Daido’s Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited (Suites 3301-04, 33/F., Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong) or by emailing 544-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.
