China Eastern Airlines Beijing Branch announced on August 14 that it launched a smart service robot matrix at the airline's premium check-in area in Beijing Daxing International Airport on August 13.

The smart robot matrix put into operation this time covers three major service models: "humanoid interaction," "convenience services," and "four-legged patrol." Through multi-device collaboration and linkage, it integrates into the entire ground travel process for passengers.

In terms of passenger interaction services, the humanoid interaction robot is equipped with an advanced emotional interaction system, supporting real-time bilingual Q&A in Chinese and English. It can engage in close, friendly interactions with passengers and also features fun functions like handshakes, dancing, and heart gestures.

The convenience service robot is equipped with a high-definition smart touch screen system, integrating functions such as flight inquiry, baggage tracing, and area-wide patrol. Passengers no longer need to ask around or queue up for information; they can quickly obtain precise travel information through the smart robot, solving various travel issues like waiting, baggage, and boarding in one stop.

The four-legged patrol robot features obstacle-crossing and high-precision autonomous navigation capabilities, effectively filling the gaps of traditional fixed service equipment, which has limited coverage points and a narrow service scope.
