On March 18, Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. officially commenced its 2026 global spring campus recruitment initiative. The group, in collaboration with more than 10 member companies—including its life insurance, property and casualty insurance, banking, health insurance, securities, technology, Ping An Good Doctor, and PKU Healthcare subsidiaries—will offer over 3,000 graduate positions and 1,500 internship opportunities to students worldwide. In addition to finance-related roles, the recruitment drive will feature a significant number of openings in technology, healthcare, and elderly care sectors. The spring recruitment campaign will be conducted through a combination of online livestreaming events and on-campus activities, with artificial intelligence integrated throughout the hiring process to enhance candidate experience and efficiency.
