South Manganese Announces Release of 2025 Annual Report and Switch to Fully Electronic Communications

Bulletin Express
04/15

South Manganese Investment Ltd. on 15 April 2026 informed non-registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circulars and proxy forms are now available on the company’s website (www.southmn.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company highlighted the following points:

• Digital access first: From 31 December 2023, Hong Kong’s paper-light listing regime requires listed issuers to disseminate corporate communications electronically. South Manganese has fully adopted this model; all future reports, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms will be provided online in both languages.

• Printed copies on request: Shareholders who previously opted for hard copies will receive them in their chosen language. Others may request free printed versions by contacting the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., via post (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai) or email (southmanganese@computershare.com.hk).

• Action for non-registered shareholders: Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees must supply a functional email address to their intermediaries to receive electronic notifications. Without a valid email on file, they will not receive publication alerts and must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites proactively.

• Opt-in for hard copies: A reply form accompanying the notice allows shareholders to elect permanent receipt of printed corporate communications by returning the form or emailing the registrar with their name, address and request.

Investor enquiries can be directed to the company hotline at +852 2179 1310 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
