Food Empire Holdings (F03) said it transferred 466,000 treasury shares from its share buyback account on Jun, 19 2026 to satisfy obligations under its employees’ share option schemes.

Following the move, the company’s treasury share balance fell to 920,688 from 1,386,688, trimming its treasury share holding from 0.210% to 0.139% of total issued shares (excluding treasury shares).

The shares transferred carry a value of about 1.12 million Singapore dollars, based on the weighted-average cost of the treasury shares on hand.
