Yuexiu Property Company Limited has issued a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 11:00 a.m. on 15 June 2026 at Plaza I–IV, Basement 3, Novotel Century Hong Kong, 238 Jaffe Road, Wanchai. The session will take place immediately after the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for 10:15 a.m. at the same venue.

The sole ordinary resolution to be tabled seeks shareholder approval for six property-related transfer agreements that collectively constitute a disposal (the “Disposal”):

1. Nansha IFC Transfer Agreement 2. Yungu Industrial Park Transfer Agreement 3. S1 Building Transfer Agreement 4. Zhigu Industrial Park Transfer Agreement 5. Bijie Hotel Transfer Agreement 6. Kangyang Transfer Agreement

Shareholders are also asked to authorise any one director to execute all documents and take necessary actions to complete the transactions and associated matters.

Key administrative details: • Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; completed proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) no later than 48 hours before the EGM. • The register of members will be closed from 10 June 2026 to 15 June 2026 (both days inclusive). Share transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 9 June 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting. • Voting on the resolution will be conducted by poll.

As of the notice date (26 May 2026), Yuexiu Property’s board comprises six executive directors, two non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
