Coliwoo Holdings Limited (W8W) said on Feb, 12 2026 that it will be added to the MSCI Global Micro Cap Indexes – Singapore. MSCI Inc. announced the decision on Feb, 10 2026, and the change will take effect after the market closes on Feb, 27 2026.

The MSCI Global Micro Cap Indexes are widely tracked benchmarks for international investors. Coliwoo expects the inclusion to expand its shareholder base and improve the liquidity of its shares.

Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kelvin Lim said the development affirms the company’s business fundamentals and growth prospects in the co-living sector and is likely to raise its profile among global institutional investors.

Established in 2018, Coliwoo operates nearly 3,000 co-living rooms across Singapore and also provides property enhancement, management and leasing services.
