On 27 November 2025, China Automotive Interior Decoration Holdings Limited (0048) released details of a Rights Issue on the basis of three Rights Shares for every two existing shares held on 26 November 2025. The subscription price is set at HK$0.13 per Rights Share.

According to the announcement, acceptance and payment in full must be completed by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, 11 December 2025. The Rights Issue is fully underwritten, and if the relevant conditions are not fulfilled by 22 December 2025, all application monies will be returned by ordinary post on or before 30 December 2025.

The company stated that fractional allotments will not be issued. Any combined unsubscribed and fractional Rights Shares will be disposed of under compensatory arrangements for the benefit of the company. The Rights Shares, once fully paid, are expected to begin trading on the Stock Exchange on or around 31 December 2025.

If adverse weather affects the acceptance deadline, the timetable may be extended. The company also indicated that the relevant listing documents have been registered with the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
