Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) sold 660,800 ordinary shares in an open-market transaction on Sep, 02 2026.

Following the disposal, KWAP’s direct stake stands at 442.70 million shares, representing 5.521 % of Top Glove’s issued capital, while its indirect holding amounts to 88.80 million shares, or 1.108 %. In aggregate, KWAP now holds 531.50 million shares in the glove maker.
