The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 21 May 2026, under which the company is authorised to repurchase up to 29.64 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.32 million shares, equal to 0.78 percent of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, Zero2IPO is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026 following this latest repurchase.
