UISEE Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (UISEE Tech) announced the latest progress in its partnership with Xinjiang Airport Group Co., Ltd. Following strong operational results from existing pilot vehicles, UISEE Tech has secured a new contract to supply ten autonomous buses and six unmanned delivery vehicles to the airport operator.

The new award expands the autonomous driving presence at Urumqi Tianshan International Airport, where more than 60 UISEE Tech autonomous tractors and buses have already logged a cumulative operating distance exceeding 1.00 million km. Since the strategic cooperation agreement was signed in March, the two partners have moved from cargo and baggage automation to passenger shuttle services, signalling a broader implementation phase for the airport’s intelligent ground-transport network.

Both parties intend to maintain a close collaboration to accelerate autonomous-vehicle deployment in civil-aviation scenarios, pursue complementary resources, and support further market expansion.
