AEM Holdings (AWX) said on Jul, 21 2026 that Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. has filed a First Amended Complaint in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, maintaining allegations that AEM and two subsidiaries infringed U.S. Patent Nos. 11,674,999 and 12,320,841.

The patents relate to a wafer-level test system that AEM states it does not practice. The company reiterated that it “strongly” denies the claims and, with its U.S. counsel, will continue to defend its position.

Based on its current assessment, AEM does not expect the amended complaint to have any material impact on its business operations or financial position. It will provide further updates in line with SGX Listing Rules and reminded investors to exercise caution when trading its securities.
