China Reinsurance (01508) has announced that, due to changes in work arrangements, Ms. Wu Xiuwei will step down from her roles as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective February 28, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Cao Shunming and Ms. Zhong Manna have been appointed as Joint Company Secretaries. Since Mr. Cao does not currently meet the qualifications for company secretary under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company will apply to the Exchange for a waiver from strict compliance with these rules. Mr. Cao’s appointment will take effect from the date the waiver is granted by the Exchange. Ms. Zhong, who holds the requisite professional qualifications under Rules 3.28 and 8.17, will assume her role as Joint Company Secretary effective February 28, 2026. Ms. Zhong has also been appointed as Authorized Representative, effective from the same date.
