UBOX ONLINE (HKEX: 02429) has announced the completion of a share repurchase transaction.

The company purchased 416,000 of its own shares on July 14, 2026.

The total consideration for the buyback was approximately HK$1.0829 million.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HK$2.59 to HK$2.61 per share.
